Mixed  Martial Arts

MMA is a combat sport that incorporates techniques from boxing. These include  Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, wrestling, judo, jujitsu.

MMA fighters have to develop special skills in strategic fighting and develop a solid mindset necessary for combat sports.

The MMA course will teach you how to strike through punches, kicks, grappling (takedowns, judo throws), ground & pounds (BJJ, Ne Waza), along with SPEED, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE. Read More...

KICK BOXING - K1

Muay Thai / Kick Boxing K1 - is a ring combat sport, which involves striking to hit your opponent with punches and kicks using elbows and knees. 

 

You will learn kickboxing strategies & techniques, focused on fight and self-defence skills.

Also, you will learn how to use focus pads and thigh pads, and as your skills and fitness levels improve you will learn how to fight as pro fighters.

Personal Training

TRG personal training is a service that every client can access. TRG personal trainers create carefully tailored training plans for each client.

 

PTs will provide physical and mental guidance, assess their clients' strengths and weaknesses, help them achieve their fitness goals and develop their martial arts skills.

Our Functional Combat Training group class is
based on the latest scientific data. It combines HIIT, 
Boxing and professional kickboxing. F.C.T. is perfect for enhanced cardiovascular health,
better hand-eye coordination, decreased stress levels, weight loss and toning-up. It will also improve daily energy levels, vitality and self-esteem.
