Light SPARRING: In light sparring, the focus is on applying your strategy, not just reacting to your opponent’s movements. With light-touch techniques and no full contact, this session is designed to improve timing, distance, and technique in a safe, controlled environment. It’s not about heavy sparring or cage fights, but about refining your skills and learning to stay in control while minimizing injury risk. Perfect for sharpening your abilities and testing your strategies without the intensity of full-contact sparring
-
FIGHTERS SPARRING: Fighters sparring is full-contact, intense sparring designed for athletes preparing for competition. This session involves heavy sparring with full gear on, conducted in the cage to simulate real fight conditions. It's an opportunity to test endurance, strength, and fight strategies at full intensity, pushing limits while preparing for the rigors of actual competition. Only experienced fighters are permitted in this class to ensure safety and maximize the effectiveness of training.
NOTE: Participation in this class requires head coach approval.
