Our Personal Training sessions are built for those who want more than just a class — they want precision, focus, and measurable progress. Whether you're chasing your first fight, recovering from an injury, building confidence, or refining your technique, these private sessions are your fast track to transformation.

Every session is completely tailored to you — your goals, your pace, and your current skill level.

 

You’ll receive the full attention of an experienced coach who’s there to push, correct, and elevate you.

What You Get: 

Skills improvement, including:

  • 1-on-1 training with a coach in your chosen discipline:
    MMA, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing - K1, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu NO GI, Fit Kickboxing,  Strength & Conditioning.

  • Customised training plan tailored to your:
    Physical ability, fighting style, and personal goals.

Focused technical development, including:

  • Striking mechanics

  • Timing and distance

  • Footwork and movement

  • Defensive skills

  • Explosive power and combinations

  • Breathing techniques

Mental performance tools, such as:

  • Visualisation drills

  • Breathing control

  • Mindset and focus strategies for combat readiness

 

Recovery and injury prevention (optional):

How to Choose Your Coach

Every coach at The Roman Gladiators brings their own style, experience, and strengths to the mat. Whether you're just starting out or preparing for your next fight, there’s a coach here for you.

Here’s how to pick the right coach for your goals:

1. Define Your Objective

  • Want to improve your striking? Go with a MMA, Muay Thai or Kickboxing coach.

  • Need to build ground control or improve submissions? Choose a Grappling-BJJ coach.

  • Preparing for a full rules fight or want to mix styles? Opt for an MMA coach.

  • Looking to boost strength, fitness, and recovery? Go for Fitness Coach or Strength & Conditioning.

2. Match the Coaching Style to Your Personality

Some coaches are intense and push you to your limit. Others are more methodical and technical. If you're not sure which style suits you, ask us at reception — we’ll help pair you with the perfect match.
 

3. Experience You Can Trust

At The Roman Gladiators, we take coaching seriously — because your results depend on it.

  • Main Coaches: Every main coach has a minimum of 1 year coaching experience and is a former or active fighter. They’ve stepped into the cage, fought under pressure, and now bring that same intensity and precision to your training.

  • Assistant Coaches: Our assistant coaches have at least 3 years of active experience, either currently competing or having fought professionally or at high amateur levels. They’ve earned their place through real-world combat and deep knowledge of the game.

You’re not just training — you’re learning from people who’ve lived it.

4. Check Availability

Our coaches have flexible hours, but spots fill fast. Choose a time that works for you, and we’ll match you with a coach available during that slot.
